My home is bigger than a 1-bed. What does the Bundle cost?
The Bundle includes a 1-bed first turnover; larger homes add only the size difference from our turnover table (e.g. 2-bed adds $50 → $949). The booking form shows your exact total.
Do I qualify for the Founding Host price?
The first 50 Bundle bookings in each city pay $764 (15% off) and jump the scheduling queue. Once your city’s counter hits zero, the price is $899.
What if my place needs repairs first?
Add a free renovation site visit — we quote paint, safety checks and handyman work in writing within 48 hours, before your Bundle week starts.
